Hailing from the Connecticut shoreline, Dan got his acting start in the sparsely-seen, nevertheless timeless middle school musical, “Pompadours and Poodle Skirts,” with hopes of wooing that girl he liked. Initially cast as a chorus member, Dan was recast as one of the leads, getting him even closer to that girl he liked.
Even with a perfectly coiffed pompadour, Dan’s acting desire was tempered when he couldn’t curry favor with the now wholly overstated middle school girl. Dan turned to playing volleyball, soccer, and drums in mildly-successful indie-rock bands, until he gave acting another go in college. He was totally hooked.
Dan continues to study at MN Studios, having previously studied at UCB (improv/sketch), AMAW, T. Schreiber Studio, and the Lee Strasberg Institute. His work can be seen on MTV and FX, in numerous short films, web series, new media projects, and national commercials.
